What you have just discovered are the prioritized goals of your organization as a whole. You have also defined what your team’s contribution to the attainment of these goals might and should be. You must now develop some short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals for your sales team.
Short-term goals are defined as those results that can be achieved in twelve months or less. Lamps are included in a human’s basic necessities to brighten up our dark nights. There are many kinds of lamps used according to the variously specific functions in every aspect of our daily activities. Lamps selection could make a powerful statement of our personal design preference in Casual, Contemporary, Tiffany’s, Traditional, Transitional and Utility styles.
The most used lamps to support our light vision while relaxing with our family members or guests on the sofa are table lamps; while desk lamps are commonly used for working at our desk in front of computer, reading books, or just doing paperwork. Although both functions can be obtained by floor lamps light direction setting & modification, we should use it appropriately based on their basic function - to shine the light on certain dark areas of the floors that could not be reached effectively by ceiling lamps.
