Company’s Dynamic Improvement


When employees were asked: “why a process is done the way that it is?” the old answer usually would be: “that’s how it’s always been done all these times”. It might not have any harm, but it also would not contribute anything to the company’s future improvement. Especially in this difficult era, any kinds of improvements are going to be great as insurance for the organization’s further sustainability.
